In the pursuit of better quality control and cleaner jobsites for our new home and remodeling roofing work, we transitioned to managing our own roofing crews, and the whole new roof/re-roof process nearly a decade ago. What we learned was the majority of the roofing companies we had worked with marked up their projects at astronomical percentages and regularly priced based on what they assumed the customer could afford. What we saw was an opportunity for JBC to lead the local premium roofing market by providing honest pricing based on the job costs, with a fair markup, and the on-site project management and attention to crucial details that we found so often lacking with other companies.

Our path to homebuilding started in architectural design 30 years ago, and we continue to provide our customers with outstanding personalized custom home and remodel design for an affordable price.
