JBC and French & Michigan Architects breathed new life into a grand historic King William stucco, inside and out. The total rehab and addition updated and upgraded the exterior while transforming the interior into a beautiful art deco inspired backdrop for the owners’ artwork and collections. Updated insulation, electrical, HVAC and plumbing mean the homeowners do not compromise on function and comfort in their new, historic home.
